Five years ago, in the fall of 2018, I couldn’t walk!

My left knee was bone on bone(Osteoarthritis). Then I had a meniscus tear. The final straw as they say for my left knee.

I was in a dilemma!

The only solution I was told was knee replacement surgery.

Surgery has a 60-40% ratio of working. I didn’t want to be in that 40% and have metal and plastic replacing my knee.

It also doesn’t last forever. So 10 years later, when I’m 10 years older, I would need another surgery?!

Forget the quality of my life, it was non existent.

I couldn’t walk.

I knew of Regenerative Stem Cell Therapy, but like you I really didn’t know how it worked.

I researched it. I found people that had Regenerative Stem Cell Therapy successfully in their knee and in their shoulder.

They lived in Dallas. I called the practice they had gone to and booked an appointment. I didn’t even have a consult.

I was that certain that I was not going to have surgery and I needed to be able to walk.

After having successful results, I could walk with out massive pain and swelling, I could climb stairs and mountains!

I share this here because nearly 12 years ago, shortly after my husband Paul went home to Heaven, God gave me the mandate to share my story. My story I asked? Paul’s illness, tonight and his passing, my life story? God doesn’t answer those questions.

Over the next 8 years I started journaling and then with many stops and starts I wrote “My Story.”
