Why do we stop just before we get to the finish line?
The finish line is often right there, right before our eyes. But, we just stop. Why?
I have been there many times without even realizing it. We all have dreams, goals and desires but they often seem too large and unattainable.
But, they’re not!!
First we need to:
- See It…Visualize It
- Speak It….Verbalize It
- Take Action…
Reaching the finish line is not a solo sport though.
True success needs a team.
True success needs a team.
Create a team that will take your vision, mission and goal to the finish line. When you break your vision and mission into small manageable parts you will work synergistically with your team. You pass the baton and lead each group member to the finish line.
For years I worked for large manufacturing companies in the beauty industry. I was blessed to be able to work in many aspects of creativity, from product development to sales and marketing. During this season I dreamed of creating my own product line, but it seemed a daunting idea and task. Over the years, as I put teams together, I realized that it was me as the team captain and the team that made the magic happen to success. We made it over the finish line together.
When I developed and launched my first skin care brand and company Glycolique, I used this team building principle and have been using it ever since. The Novita Spa Clinical Products and The Novita Spa and Medical Rejuvenation Clinic have been built with this principle as it’s central pillar.
Build a team and the team builds your business and Life!
This principle is applicable in all aspects of life from family, friends and business. Whether you are a solopreneur to a service and manufacturing business, success is attained by and with your Relay Race Team!!

Over the last 25 years, I have been one of the pioneers in result-oriented medical grade skin care. I have built two skin care lines, Glycolique and Novita Spa Clinical products which are sold to salons, spas, medical spas and are also available on novitaspa.com. I was the first to launch result-oriented skin care to Salons in 1992. I trained and educated Salons to evolve into Luxury Day and Medical Spas.
My vision contributed to the Day Spa & Medical Spa industries that we know today.
In April 2020, my award-winning skin care line, Novita Spa Clinicals and the Hybrid Concept in Beauty, was a finalist in the Product Innovation Category, for the Austin Women’s Way Awards.
