We Are Women…

Blessings this International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month to all my sisters!
I had a dream to create and help others with their dreams. Twenty-eight ago I achieved one of my dreams. I created and launched my first skin care brand, Glycolique. Five years later I created my second skin scare brand, the Novita Spa Clinical Products. To this day I am still creating and evolving. I am openly sharing my message of hope and possibilities to help others achieve their dreams, like I did all those years ago.
I want to share this with you, my friends. Follow your dreams if they are in your spirit and refuse to compromise.
- Refuse to let go of your vision and mission.
- Refuse to let go of your core values.
- Refuse to loose hope.
- Just begin and don’t stop.
I admire women from Harriet Tubman, Hellen Keller, Mother Theresa and so many others, that beyond their circumstances, they never stopped believing in their visions and missions.
In loving memory to my grandmothers, Clara Steinbeck Reardon and Mary Batista DiMartino, who immigrated to the USA to follow their dreams, you taught and inspired me to never stop and to always believe in my vision.
Another amazing woman in my life was my mother Wilhelmina Reardon DiMartino. Despite huge obstacles, she became an RN in NYC at 19. After her parents died prematurely, she brought up her brothers and sisters. I believe my creative drive, vision and mission is a part of my DNA from all these women. I will never stop trying to bring value to all! I have been blessed to start, scale, sustain and sell several of my dreams shown in the photos below. I will now share all that God has given to me. In my own unique way, I will continue to work to bring up all women.

So shine on my sisters and know that I am here for you. To bring you up and help you to gain clarity on your vision and mission. I am here to help you take that action, to achieve your dreams, goals and desires. To be your mentor and your coach. To propel you to create the business and life you so deserve.
Remember, it is never too early or too late to create the life, and business, of your dreams.
